Huong Son hydropower’s first turbine put into operation

Huong Son hydropower plant’s first turbine was put into operation on September 5 with the participation of Vo Kim Cu, Ha Tinh People Committee’s president.

The 33 megawatt – plant was started construction in April 2004 in Kim Son, Huong Son with total 833 billion dong of investment.
According to its design, the plant will supply 134 million kilowatt and gained 120 billion dong in revenue per year after two turbines to be put into operation.

Cu also asked sectors to finish the rest work to put the second turbine into operation to dissolve national grid in next November. – TBKTVN
