Hilton Worldwide to open second hotel in Vietnam

Hilton Worldwide Group has signed a contract with Bach Dang Hotel Complex Trading Services Co for managing a five-star hotel in the Bach Dang Hotel Complex project located in Hai Chau Dist, Da Nang City.

The five-star hotel of Hilton Da Nang Hotel will be the second property in Vietnam’s hospitality market under Hilton Group’s management, after the Hanoi-based Hilton Opera Hotel.

The Bach Dang Hotel Complex will have total construction area of about 7,000 square metres, including a 25-storey hotel and apartment building, and a 17-storey office building. The 4-storey foundation part was to be used as a trading centre.

The construction was expected to be put into operation in Q4 of 2012. – Dautu
