HDM raises capital to 45b dong in 2011


Hue Textile & Garment Joint Stock Co (UPCoM-listed HDM) has approved the plan of raising chartered capital from 30 billion dong to 45 billion dong.



HDM would spend 270,000 shares for purposes of paying 2010 dividend in shares under ratio of 9 percent; and 810,000 units as bonus shares to be allocated for existing shareholders; 150,000 shares for offering to selected workers and 270,000 shares for existing shareholders with offered price of 10,000 dong per share.



In 2010, the company reported gaining total revenue of 790 billion dong, pre-tax profit of 23.21 billion dong and dividend payment of 25 percent.



In 2011, HDM aimed to obtain targeted revenue of 800 billion dong.
