HCM City to host interior décor expo

The first international Home Décor and Gifts Fair-Lifestyle Vietnam will kick off at the International Exhibition and Convention Centre in HCM City on April 22.

Covering an area of 10,000 sq.m, as many as 712 stalls at the fair will showcase eight types of craft items from house wares to furniture and textiles. The fair’s organiser, the Vietnam Handicraft Exporters Association (Vietcraft), has devoted 70 percent of the floor space to handicrafts and 20 percent to wood products.

The fair will feature a design space for collaboration between local and foreign designers that would attempt to bridge the gap between modern and traditional designs.

The fair has paid considerable attention to ensuring professionalism and friendliness in an effort to attract importers.
