Hanoi to host int’l telecom conference 2011

The fourth Vietnam International Telecommunications Conference 2011 will be held in Hanoi on June 1-2, with a view to developing broadband connection in Vietnam.
Organised by the Ministry of Information and Communications, the event is expected to draw almost 200 delegates from foreign and domestic IT and telecom businesses, especially with the participation of two speakers from the International Telecommunications Union.
The event aims to strengthen understanding among foreign investors about opportunities in the Vietnamese telecom market and create favourable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to exchange experiences and promote the development of telecommunications in the country. – VOV
