Hanoi industrial value +13.8% to VND86.63T in Jan-Oct

Industrial production value of Vietnam’s capital city of Hanoi is estimated to have risen 13.8% from a year earlier to VND86.63 trillion in the ten months of 2010.

Of the total, the foreign-invested sector has contributed VND38.43 trillion, the Vietnam News Agency cited the municipal office of statistics.

The processing industry whose proportion accounts for 95.37% of the city’s industrial production value represents the highest on-year growth at 13.9%.

Hanoi’s industrial production is forecast to grow 14.1% this year. – CafeF
