Hanoi gets PM’s approval for building ring road No 4

Prime minister has agreed with the proposal submitted by Hanoi City People’s Committee about constructing on ring road No 4, from National Highway No 6 to National Highway No 1B under BT method.

The prime minister assigned Hanoi City People’s Committee to work with ministry of transport about the road scale to match with other general plan of traffic road of the country’s capital in the future.

The ring road No 4 will be the inter-regional ring road to connect highways and expressways, connecting industrial zones, urban areas. The ring-road No 4 will have total length of 130 kilometres, with 6-8 lanes.
