Hai Phong Port Traserco issues additional shares at 1:0.35 ratio


Hai Phong Port Trading and Services Joint Stock Co (Hai Phong Port Traserco) has lately approved the targeted year plan of 250 billion dong in revenue and 10 billion dong in pre-tax profit in 2011. The company was supposed to pay dividend at 17-20 percent ratio this year.



In 2010, the company posted gaining total revenue of 247.4 billion dong, after tax profit of 10.97 billion dong and dividend payment at 20 percent.



In the latest shareholders meeting, the company’s shareholders also approved issuing additional shares in 2011 to raise investment capita for building the 19-storey buildings sited at No 3 Le Thanh Tong St, Ngo Quyen Dist, Hai Phong City. Accordingly, Hai Phong Port Traserco would issue additional 1,431,500 shares for existing shareholders at ratio of 1:0.35 ratio in October 2011, after receiving the certificate offered by the State Securities Commission.



At present, the company has actual chartered capital of 40.79 billion dong.
