Hai Phong electricity water machine assembly JSC to pay 12pct dividend


Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock Co (DNC) has lately announced that March 18, 2011 would be the registration deadline for the company to organise the annual shareholders’ meeting 2011 and advance cash dividend for the year 2010.



Accordingly, the ex-interest date will be March 16, 2011.



In details, DNC will advance 12 percent dividend for the year 2010, equalling to 1,200 dong per share.



The payment date is scheduled on April 14, 2011.



The company will also offer 802,547 shares to the existing shareholders at the ratio of 2:1 and priced at 10,000 dong per share.



The time for transferring the buying warrants is from March 31, 2011 to April 27, 2011.



The time for registering and depositing is from March 31, to April 29.



DNC will also use the list of shareholders to organise the annual shareholders’ meeting on April 15 at Cong Doan (Union) Hotel, No 12 Ho Sen (Lotus Lake) St, Le Chan dist, in the northern city of Hai Phong.
