Gov’t requests periodical reports from SOEs

The Government chief lately issued Decision 77/2010 QĐ-TTG requiring both State-owned enterprises (SOEs) and foreign-invested projects and companies to submit periodical reports since January 15, 2011 on.

Under the Decision, different enterprises will have to submit periodical reports every month, quarter, half year or year.

Enterprises having projects in such areas as mineral exploitation, processing industries, electricity, water supply, waste treatment, information and communications, real estate, transportation, trade and services, will have to present monthly reports on net revenue, quantity and output of their products.

Enterprises operating in agro-forestry-fishery, construction, and foreign-related services will have to make quarterly reports.

All enterprises and foreign-invested companies will have to give yearly reports on fields of operation, revenues, taxes, and costs.

In addition, the Decision also asks enterprises to submit reports on their special targets including products, output, scale, and productivity.

Information of employment, income of employees, social insurance, unemployment subsidies will be included in half-yearly reports.

The General Statistics Offices, provincial-level Statistics Offices, and FDI management agencies will be responsible for collecting reports from enterprises.
