Gold reaches 38.04m dong/tael

SJC gold of Bao Tin Minh Chau Jewelry Co was traded at 37.92 million dong and 38 million dong per tael (purchase and selling) at 9am on June 7 in Hanoi, unchanged compared with the previous day afternoon.
Meanwhile, SJC Hanoi Jewelry Co bought SJC gold at 37.95 million dong and sold at 38.03 million dong/tael, up 50,000 dong against June 6 morning.

In HCM City, SJC gold was listed at 37.96-37.04 million dong/tael, rising 20,000 dong over June 7 morning. SBJ gold of Sacombank SBJ stayed at 37.95-38.03 million dong/tael, gaining 40,000 dong/tael.

The average trading price of gold today June 7 marked the four-month high.

In the world market, gold continued rising in the early sessions of this week for the fear that US economic is slowing down and FED may maintain the monetary loosening policies.

Gold closed up 0.1% to nearly $1,543 per ounce. Gold for August delivery rose $4.8 and closed at $1,547.2 per ounce.

Gold price in Asia during the day was standing at $1,544 per ounce, up $1 against the previous session in New York. – Vietbiz24
