Gold prices continue to increase

SJC gold was sold at between VND30.32-30.36 million/tael in Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of September 24.

Meanwhile, the price of gold in Hanoi was VND20,000/tael higher, having risen by VND30,000/tael against the previous day.

On September 23, the domestic price of gold rose by VND40,000/tael to VND30.29-30.33 million/tael compared to transaction on September 22.

The world’s gold prices also reached their peak of US$1,296 per ounce, then fell back slightly to US$1,292 per ounce. – VOV
