FPT to build software park

FPT Software Company– a member of FPT Group- will invest US$57 million in a software park at the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Zone in Hanoi.

Sources at the FPT Group said on October 23 that the project is expected to generate 8,000 jobs, mainly in the software sector.

FPT Software said within the next four years, 80 percent of its production will be conducted under outsourcing contracts and the remaining will focus on products, services and solutions for the domestic market.

The company plans to pay a 10 – percent dividend. – VOV
