FLC Group to build golf resort in Ba Vi

FLC Golf & Resort Joint Stock Co under FLC Group has decided to invest 3.394 trillion dong to build a golf resort in Cam Quy Lake, Ba Vi Dist, Hanoi.
The Cam Quy Lake entertainment complex covers 248.7 hectares comprising relaxing area, golf course, spa resorts according to international standards, along with 241 high-class villas with luxury services.

The project is broken into two phases, first phase from 2011 to 2013 with estimated capital of 1.686 trillion dong, and second phase from 2014 to 2015 with 1.708 trillion dong.

FLC also is investing in some real estate projects namely FLC Landmark in Le Duc Tho St (Hanoi), FLC Complex in Le Van Luong St (Hanoi), Green City in Vinh Tuong (Vinh Phuc province), FLC Golfnet in Tu Liem Dist (Hanoi)….

Last year, FLC Group reached total revenue of 119.7 billion dong and net profit of 12.2 billion dong. The company’s shareholder meeting passed the 2011 dividend at 7%. – Vietbiz24
