Dabaco Vietnam changes name into Dabaco Group JSC

Dabaco Vietnam Joint Stock Co (coded DBC) has lately released the documents to be submitted in the annual shareholders meeting that was expected to take place on March 26, 2011.

In details, the company planned to change the company’s name from Dabaco Vietnam Joint Stock Co into Dabaco Group Joint Stock Co.

This year, DBC targeted to reach total revenue of 3.754 trillion dong and after tax profit of 220 billion dong.

The 2011 dividend was supposed to be paid at 15 percent ratio.
