Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Co. allocates bonus shares with ratio 1:1
Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Co (coded DCL)’s shareholders meeting recently approved for allocating bonus shares for existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:1 from capital surplus source in order to increase chartered capital to 198.27 billion dong from over 99 billion dong.
This year, the company targets to achieve total revenue of 750 billion dong, pre-tax profit of 70 billion dong and dividend at 20 percent.
The shareholders also passed construction plans for period of 2010-2015 with such projects as Vinh Long province-based Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Complex with investment capital of one trillion dong, construction project of 1,000 apartments, pharmaceutical trade centre and sport complex, and other projects.
Last year, DCL reported gaining total revenue of 573 billion dong, after tax profit of 56 billion dong and dividend in cash of 25 percent.
