Construction on Metro Quy Nhon wholesale centre project starts

Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam Co officially started construction project of the new wholesale centre in Ghenh Rang Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province with the total investment capital of $17 million on May 7, 2010.

The Metro Cash & Carry Quy Nhon centre is sited on an area of three hectares to offer professional customers in Binh Dinh and other neighbouring coastal provinces in the central region.

This project will create jobs for over 400 local employees. It is expected that the new wholesale centre will be put into operation in Q4 of this year.

Up to now, the Germany-invested wholesale chain operator has already opened nine centres nationwide, apart from the Metro An Giang that has currently been in progress of construction.
