Construction on Hai Phong Cement urban area project starts

Hai Phong Cement Urban Development Joint Stock Co officially held the ground breaking ceremony for Hai Phong Cement Urban Area project yesterday Sep 28 in the T-junction of Cam River, National Highway No 5 and Hanoi-Hai Phong Railway.

The new urban area was built in an area of 78.6 hectares of the former Hai Phong Cement Plant, including functional areas such as trade centres, housing complex, five-star hotel, school, hospital, museum and traffic roads. There will be a 35-storey twin tower with total height of 150 metres and other 20-storey buildings along the road.

The total investment capital for this project was estimated at about 29 trillion dong. Hai Phong Cement Urban Development Joint Stock Co was the main investor for this project.
