Construction on Dong Trieu-Luc Nam highway starts

Quang Ninh province people’s committee officially held the ground breaking ceremony for Dong Trieu-Luc Nam highway yesterday in Quang Ninh province.

The road has total length of 15.45 kilometres with starting point of connection point with National Highway No 18 at Km 48+500, and the ending point of crossroad with Bac Giang province. The road is 6.5 metres wide, with road surface width of 3.5 metres. The project has total investment capital of about 65 billion dong.

Quang Ninh province-based Anh Duong Co Ltd and GMC Development Joint Stock Co were the contractors for this project. The construction was expected to last for nearly 20 months.
