Construction material producer transfers Cam Ranh cement plant

Da Nang Cement, Construction Material and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded DXV) officially signed the contract for transferring the Cam Ranh cement plant project for Ha Tien Cement Joint Stock Co No 1 (coded HT1) on January 23, 2011.

The construction on Khanh Hoa province’s Cam Ranh cement plant was officially kicked off in 2004. Vietnam Cement Industry Corp (Vicem) assigned DXV as the main investor for this project with initial investment capital of 450 billion dong.

Last year, vicem agreed to transfer the plant for HT1.
Accordingly, DVX has officially signed the contract to transfer the project and all attached assets for HT1, in accordance with the agreement. – Vietstock
