Coal producer allocates 6m bonus shares at 1:1 ratio
The northern bourse-listed Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Co (coded NBC) announced to gain total revenue of 309.6 billion dong in the first two months of this year, fulfilling 15.39 percent of the targeted year plan.
The company expected to gain Q1 revenue of 499 billion dong, equalling to 24.83 percent of the year plan.
NBC would close the shareholders list for bonus share allocation purposes on March 25, 2011. In details, the coal producer planned to issue 6 million bonus shares for existing shareholders under the ratio of 1:1. The ex-dividend session was March 23, 2011.
After the issuance, the company’s chartered capital will be raised to 120 billion dong, equivalent to total share volume being listed on the stock market of 12 million units.
