Cienco 503 succeeds in auctioning 10.33b dong of shares

Civil Engineering Construction Co No 503 (Cienco 503) has lately reported the results of the share auction whereby the total offering volume was 1.03 million shares, of which, foreign investors were allowed to buy 980,000 units.

The deadline for the payment of share purchase is from March 17 to 30, 2011.

The total number of investors registering to join the auction was 2 institutions and did not have any individual investors. The total registering volume reached 1.33 million shares and the total valid registering volume to buy was 1.33 million shares.

The highest winning price was 10,100 dong per share and the lowest level was 10,000 dong per share, therefore, the average wining price was 10,029 dong per share.

Finally, the total 1.03 million shares were transacted, equaling to the total trading value of 10.33 billion dong.
