Cement producer moves to list shares on southern bourse


Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Co (coded HOM) announced to hold the shareholders meeting on April 29, 2011. In the meeting, the company would seek shareholders’ approval about 2011 year plan with targeted revenue of 1.6 trillion dong and pre-tax profit of 145 billion dong.



HOM’s management board also announced that the company had submitted application profile for moving floor from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) in 2010. HOM expected to start listing shares on the southern bourse after the 2011 annual shareholders meeting.



In 2010, the cement producer reported gaining total revenue of 1.27 trillion dong, profit of 107 billion dong.
