CCI raises chartered capital to 140b dong

Cu Chi Commercial & Industrial Development and Investment Joint Stock Co (coded CCI) has approved the method of raising chartered capital from 90 billion dong to 140 billion dong.



In details, CCI will issue 5 additional shares in two phases. In the first phase, the company will issue 4,398,620 shares for existing shareholders with applied ratio of 2:1 at offered price of 10,000 dong per share in Q2. In the second phase, the company would offer 601,380 shares to current employees at price of 10,000 dong per share.



CCI expected to gain 50 billion dong from this share issuance to spend on Tay Bac Cu Chi industrial zone in Q4. this year.



In 2011, the company aimed to obtain targeted revenue of 254 billion dong, after tax profit of 23 billion dong. Last year, CCI reported gaining total revenue of 242.22 billion dong and after tax profit of 23.6 billion dong.
