Bong Sen JSC to offer 5.6 m shares
Bong Sen (Lotus)Joint Stock Co has recently submitted dossier to the State Securities Commission (SSC) to offer more shares to the existing shareholders.
Accordingly, the company will issue 4,594,161 shares to the existing shareholders at the ratio of 5:1 and priced at 25,000 dong per share.
The capital raised from the share issuance will be invested in buying stake to increase its holding into Saigon Tourism Co (Madagui) and Delta Tourism Co.
