Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway has six lanes

Ministry of Transport has lately approved and assigned Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Development Joint Stock Co of setting up the construction project of Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway. The project was expected to be carried out under methods of Building-Operating-Transferring (BOT), Building-Transferring-Operating (BTO) or Building-Transferring (BT)

In the first phase, the investor will conduct construction on Bien Hoa-Phu My expressway and connection road from Phu My to National Highway No 51 with four lanes, but all the bridges will be built with six lanes, without urgent stop-lane. In the second phase, the investor will expand the expressway from four lanes to six lanes, as well as construct the four-lane Phu My-Vung Tau expressway.
