BIC prepares equitisation

Bidv Insurance Co (BIC) has organised the extraordinary employee meeting to seek opinions to prepare equitisation in the near future.

BIC plans to finish the preparation phase in Q2 of 2010 to make IPO by Q3 and change into a joint stock company in Q4.

The insurer has completed the corporate value appraisal on last December 31 already.
