Bibica expects to gain whole year profit of 47b dong

Bibica Joint Stock Co (coded BBC) held the annual shareholders meeting on March 26, 2011, in which the company approved the targeted year plan with net revenue of 995 billion dong, after tax profit of 47 billion dong.



In 2011, Bibica set targets to reach whole year export turnover of $4.5 million, of which the company’s main products of Chocopie would contribute $2.5 million for total turnover. At the same time, the company will expand export markets to Middle East and South America.



The confectionary producer would also spend 59.5 billion dong for making investment in the first phase of Hung Yen project, expanding production scale in Bibica-Hanoi moon-cake workshops.



At present, BBC’s market shares counted for 7-8 percent nationwide. The company’s production capacity will be strengthened with Bibica starts operaion two new projects of Bibica Mien Dong plant (the second phase) and Bibica Hung Yen plant.
