BI Private Equity divests capital in pharmaceutical maker

Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Co (coded DVD) announced its shareholder BI Private Equity New Market II K/S Fund divested capital in the company, according to Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Between March 16 and 22, the fund sold 1.6 million shares equaling to its whole stake of 13,43 percent in DVD in the form of matching-order trade.

Thus, from the initial holding of 3.6 million shares, the fund has brought the stake in DVD to 0.

Previously, from March 4 and March 18, Deutsche Bank AG London also had successfully offloaded its DVD share volume to nil.
