Beeline again warned over promotion package

Hanoi Department of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Information and Communications have warned network provider Beeline that its 1 billion dong (US$48,000) mobile package was in breach of promotion regulations.
The package, introduced last month, permits subscribers net-balances of only $48,000 when buying sim cards of 20,000 dong ($0.96). The department had previously warned Beeline of the same offence in September this year.
