Beach resort planned for Da Nang

Hon Ngoc Asia Joint Stock Co started the construction of Anvie Resort and Residences phase 1, in Ngu Hanh Son District in the central city of Da Nang.

The project has a total investment capital of 1.55 trillion VND (81.2 million USD) and covers an area of 17ha of land.

The first phase will include villas, luxury apartments, conference zones and restaurants, and is expected to take two years to complete.

The following two years will see the construction of hotels, a trade centre and a retail zone.
