BCE lists additional 10m shares on southern bourse

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) has released the announcement No 332/2011/TB-SGDHCM on listing and trading the additionally-issued shares of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Co (coded BCE), starting from March 31, 2011.



In details, BCE will officially list the additional 10 million shares, equaling to total share value of 100 billion dong on the southern bourse. These shares have already been issued for existing shareholders, current employees and strategic shareholders previously, in accordance with the announcement No 10162010/TB-SGDHCM dated November 26, 2010.
