Almost 10,000 workers to be sent to RoK this year

Vietnam plans to send around 10,000 workers to the Republic of Korea (RoK) this year.

According to Phan Van Minh, Director of Overseas Labour Centre, under the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfare, Vietnamese labour export companies brought almost 3,000 workers to RoK in the first three months this year.

They also expect to send about 3,500 workers to the country within this month.

Meanwhile, Nguyen Thanh Hoa, Deputy Minister of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfare said that it is necessary to promote labour export to Malaysia to find jobs for Vietnamese workers returning from Libya.
