Additional two new hotel trademarks
The two hotel management companies of Marriott International and Outrigger have introduced the two new trademarks of Ritz-Carlton and Outrigger in Vietnamese markets via signing cooperation contract with Viet My Tourism and Hotel Co in managing three resorts in Vinh Hoi Bay Golf Resort in Binh Dinh province on August 24, 2010.
Tran Duc Canh, general director of Viet My Tourism and Hotel Co, the member of The US ITC Spectrum LLC Group said that Outrigger Co would manage the Outrigger Vinh Hoi Bay Resort & Spa project with 210 rooms and 46 villas. The construction was expected to be started in the middle of next year and completed in late 2013.
Marriott International Co will manage the JW Marriott Vinh Hoi Bay Resort & Spa with 320 rooms; and Ritz-Carlton Co of resort complex of Ritz-Carlton Reserve with 100 high-class villas. It’s the first trademark of Ritz-Carlton in Vietnam’s hospitality markets. The resort was supposed to be constructed in early 2012 and put into operation in 2014.
The investors revealed that the Vinh Hoi Bay Golf Resort would be built in an area of 325 hectares, about 25 kilometres far away from Quy Nhon City. – TBKTSG
