78,000 new firms licensed in Jan-Nov, doubling 2009
In first 11 months of this year, around 78,000 new enterprises have been licensed with a total registered capital of VND1.2 trillion (US$63.7 million), up a whopping 98.8% and 187.8% in volume and value year-on-year.
Figures from the General Statistical Office also reveal that Vietnam had 6,500 companies worth VND100 trillion in November alone.
Also in Jan-Nov, 1.465 million employees were employed, achieving 91.27% of the year’s target. Of which, 73,900 have been sent to work abroad, or 86.9% of the goal. – Tuoitre
