58.836tr dong invested in 98km-Ring Road No 4 in Hanoi in 2011

Ministry of transport passed the project of ring road No4 with total investment of 58,836 billion dong on July 16. As planned, restitution and ground clearance starts in Q3 in 2010, the construction begins in the period of 2011 to 2015.

The 98km-road with six lanes at the speed of 100km per hour is transferred to local areas’ investment according to BT, OBT procedures.
