31 percent of people in Vietnam use the Internet
The total number of people using the Internet in Vietnam by late November had reached 27.3 million, 31.7 percent of the country’s whole population, according to Vietnam’s General Statistics Office.
13 years after Vietnam entered the global Internet network on December 1, 1997, the number of people using the Internet has shown a sharp increase.
However, the amount of Internet subscribers across the country is still less than the number of real users, which had reached 3.7 million by late November. – VOV
