The construction of the ring road No.1 around Hanoi, the O Cho Dua – Hoang Cau section has started.
The VND 642 billion road section, 483 metres in length, 50 metres in width, has two lanes.
So far, 5 kilometres of the 8 kilometre long ring road No.1 have been completed and put into use, from O Dong Mac to O Cho Dua.
Once the above-said O Chua Dua – Hoang Cau road section is completed, it will contribute to dealing with traffic jams on the Le La Thanh, Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Luong Bang, Tay Son roads.
The managing board for Hanoi’s main urban development projects is formulating the ring road No.2 construction investment project, the Nga Tu So – Nga Tu Vong section, to be submitted to the municipal People’s Committee for approval this year.
