Vietcombank changes service charge frame for card users

Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) has announced changes in service charges for customers using Vietcombank Connect24 Visa and Vietcombank MTV Mastercard.

In details, starting from March 8, 2010, the users of Vietcommbank Connect 24 Visa ad Vietcombank MTV Mastercard will have to pay charges of 4 percent over the transaction value of at least 50,000 dong per time in any ATM outside Vietcombank’s ATM network.

This notice will replace any previous announcement before.
