VIB supports loans for purchasers at Mulberry Lane project

Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) has recently signed the cooperation contract with Hoang Thanh CapitaLand Co Ltd, in which the bank committed to offer financial support for customers to buy apartment in the high-end apartment complex of Mulberry Lane in Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi.

In details, VIB would offer maximum loans of up to 65 percentof the sales contract value in case the customers use the guaranteed assets originated from the loans and agree to disburse at the same time after the customers make capital contributed of 15 percent of ownership capital.

In case the customers use other assets as mortgage or supplement other guaranteed assets, the loans may reach 90 percent of the total contract value.

Mulberry Lane project was sited in an area of 2.4 hectares, about 10 kilometres from the centre of Hanoi.
