TDH starts work on THD-Phuoc Long tenement house

Thu Duc Housing Development (TDH) has started construction of THD-Phuoc Long tenement house project in Phuoc Long B ward, Districts 9, Hochiminh City. The 14-storey project, covering nearly 3,600 sqr meters, has total investment capital of 150 billion dong.

The project will have 118 apartments, including five standard ones and four penthouses with different sizes from 56.4 sqr meters to 218 sqr meters. The project is slated to be completed in a period of 18 months.
