Standard Chartered Bank signs cooperation contract with Thu Duc House

Standard Chartered Bank has officially signed cooperation contract with Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Co (ThuDuc House – TDH) for offering loans with payment terms of up to 20 years for the house purchasers.

Under the signed agreement, Standard Chartered Bank will offer support for the buyers to build houses, apartments in ThuDuc House’s projects. In addition, the customers can make mortgage the houses, apartments under the company’s projects to purchase new houses or for other purposes. Moreover, the customers can borrow capital at Standard Chartered Bank with total loan value of up to 70 percent of the total house value.
