New apartment complex to be built in Ha Dong, Hanoi

The Unimax Complex is planned to be constructed on a site of 7,200 square metres at No 210 Quang Trung St, Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi. Ba Dinh Investment Construction Joint Stock Co No 1 co-invested with Ha Tay Import-Export Joint Stock Co to carry out this project.

The project included blocks of 33 and 39 storeys of apartments, offices and trade centres with other facilities of social services and entertainment.

The 33-storey building will have high-class trade centre and offices for lease. There will be trade centres, supermarkets, shops and offices for lease to be located on the first 10 storeys.

The project has basements for parking with total area of 5,700 square metres.

The construction work is expected to finish in Q2 of 2014.
