KDC gains 450b dong of profit in Jan-Feb

Kinh Do Joint Stock Co (coded KDC) announced gaining pre-tax profit of about 450 billion dong in the first two months of this year, including profit gained from main business activities and transferring contribution capital.

In February, the company officially moved to new head office from Hiep Binh Phuoc, Thu Duc Dist to the centre of HCM City at No 141 Nguyen Du St, Ben Thanh Ward, Dist 1.

During the Lunar New Year time, KDC offered the market with 30 millions confectionary products, up 15 percent against the same period of last year.

March 16 would be the ex-right transaction session for the company’s shareholders to participate in its annual shareholders meeting and March 18 would be the date of closing shareholders list. It is expected that the company will hold 2010 shareholders meeting on April 17, 2010
