Human resources firm acquired
Human Resources to Business (HR2B), an executive search provider, has acquired Navigos Group, Ltd’s labour contracting business division.
The acquisition will enable HR2B, which is also involved in contracting and recruitment and payroll outsourcing, to expand its range of services to its growing client base, which already exceeds 300 clients.
This transaction is part of Navigos’s ongoing effort to streamline its operations and increase its focus in its core business of recruiting services.
“The acquisition will help HR2B expand our labour contracting business and strengthen our service offering. Contract outsourcing services enable companies to reduce their headcount while achieving business goals,” said Tom Vovers, HR2B’s general director. — VNS
