The State Audit of Viet Nam (SAV) signed an agreement with Ernst&Young Viet Nam Co, Ltd (EYVN) in Ha Noi last Friday for co-operation on a mutual-benefit basis.
Under the agreement, EYVN, a global leader in insurance, tax, transactions and advisory services, will help train SAV staff in accounting and auditing.
The two sides will jointly organise seminars and training courses in order to improve financial management capacity for businesses. EYVN experts will also participate in the SVA’s research projects and provide advice to the National Assembly in making policies, regulations and legal documents on public auditing.
