ANZ plans to sell stake in Vietnam’s Sacombank

ANZ Bank <ANZ.AX> is looking for a buyer for its 10 percent stake in Vietnam’s Sacombank <STB.HM>, an executive at the Vietnamese bank said.

“Sacombank’s Management Board has worked with ANZ on this issue,” Chairman Dang Van Thanh said in the statement issued after the bank’s annual shareholder meeting on Monday. He added that ANZ was looking for a buyer for its stake.
